Returns

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the damaged item.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
