  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.
  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Products showing signs of use or tampering are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return
